The wonder-combo sure to get you the applause of a silent dinner table?
Meet my wasabi mayo yogurt:
My go-to pairing for this pho-dip is a baked sweet potato fry, but it can absolutely stand up to fish, steak and veggies (raw or cooked). Basically, you just end up putting it on everything.
You’ll need:
1 cup greek plain non-fat yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
wasabi, either the paste or powder, to taste
- Mix the ingredients in a small bowl
- Taste
- Adjust heat level (add garlic or wasabi) if necessary
If you’re looking for a splurge, sub the yogurt for mayo. Or at least add a spoonful or two. A post-Thanksgiving win, for sure.
